Capt. Pontianus Sugiharto
Founder of PT Orion IPJ has more than 28 years of experience in Port and Marine Offshore Industry as Master, OIM, Marine Superintendent, Rig Mover, Tow Master, Marine Surveyor (AVI) and as Operations Manager for an International Ferry Terminal in Bintan, Indonesia.
He has been onboard various vessel such as Drilling Ships (Frontier Drilling ASA, Northern Offshore Drilling, Opus Offshore Drilling), DLB, Accommodation Barge with conventional anchor, eight (8) point mooring, four (4) point mooring (Flipper Delta Anchor and Stevpris Anchor), and Semisub.
An Independent Surveyor, Rig Mover and Tow Master for company such as Aqualis Breamer Offshore Pte Ltd (Singapore) & Matthews-Daniel International Pte Ltd. With his experience, PT Orion IPJ will provide swift and coordinated work for any project in Marine & Offshore.
Engineering & Safety
Our approach and understanding of the demands of today’s marine and offshore environment has positioned us to fully understand the need for a modern risk management system to minimize client risk and increase customer operational safety awareness.
PT Orion IPJ has a team of experience technicians in safety as well as marine and offshore industry and they hold valid license to conduct inspections for NDT, MPI, Rope Access & Drop Object. We provide shipyard manpower such as welders as well.
Other services
PT Orion IPJ provide STS and FSU services for vessels in Batam and Karimun area. We provide ship repair and maintenance, ship chartering, ship management, ship broker, STS and FSU services as well for clients.
